Once again a British newspaper peddles factual inaccuracies in relation to the prisoners’ votes issue. The ruling was not “at the orders of Brussels” as your article
(http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/8349226/Murderers-launch-campaign-for-freedom-based-on-their-human-rights.html) states. The European Court of Human Rights is part of the Council of Europe which is based in Strasbourg. The EU has had nothing to say on the matter.
