Hallo, ich habe heute meine Ergebnisse in EPSO Account bekommen. Ich habe mich auf EPSO/AST/125/12 Finanzverwaltung /Rechnungsprüfung beworben. Bei mir stand folgende Ergebnisse:
Test a) 7/20 – Mindestpunktzahl 10
Test b) + c) 16/20 – Mindestpunktzahl 10
Test d) + e) 21.833/40 – Mindestpunktzahl 20
Test f) 31/40 – Mindestpunktzahl 24
Gesamtpunktzahl: 75.833/120
Bei alle Tests habe ich die Mindestpunktzahl erreicht, trotzdem bin ich nicht weiter.:
“Ich bedauere Ihnen mitteilen zu müssen dass Sie bei einem oder bei mehreren Tests nicht die jeweilige Mindestpunktzahl erzielt haben, um zur nächste Phase des Auswahlverfahrens zugelassen zu werden.”
Liegt es hier ein Fehler? Ich verstehe es nicht.

Im Test a) ist die Mindestpunktzahl 10/20. Leider haben Sie 7/20 Punkte erhalten.

The CBT results for competition EPSO/AST/125 have been published on 30 April.

Hi Josep,
CBT results are usually published within 3 to 5 weeks after the end of the testing period, which lasted until 25/3/2013.

Dear Rosa,
I would appreciate, if you could answer the following questions
1. Assuming that one is successful in the CBT Test. What can he or she expect in the nect stage. Is it only a case study, are there other tests such as EU test knowledge. The notice of competition mentions that there is a preliminary and an intermediate test. What is tested in those tests.
2. If the notice of competition mentions 65 places for a given field. Does this mean that 65 names are going to be published in the official Journal of the EU. Can it happen that less places are put in the reserve list, eg. 45
3. If one has applied for AD 5, but he or she speaks 3 languages apart from his her mother language or has a relevant phd, can this person move automatically to AD 6 grade.

Mi pregunta está relacionada con la documentación a presentar el día del examen en el centro. Estoy interesado en la oposición EPSO/AST/125/12 – AST3 en la especialidad de Auditoría
1.- Me solicitan acreditación de “estudios superiores por un título relacionado con la naturaleza de las funciones”. En este caso soy licenciado en Administración y Dirección de Empresas y en Ciencias Actuariales y Financieras. Además soy certificado CIA (Certified Intenal Auditor por el IIA- The Institute of Internal Auditor-). Que documentación sería recomendable presentar? Supone alguna ventaja presentar toda, en vez, por ejemplo de tan solo uno de los titulo de licenciatura? Esta documentación ha de estar en inglés?
2.- Me indican aportar “experiencia profesional de una duración mínima de tres años relacionada con la naturaleza de las funciones”. Durante los más de 10 años de experiencia profesional he estado ofreciendo servicios profesionales en una de las Big Four (en concreto en PricewaterhouseCoopers). De ellos al menos 5 en servicios de auditoría financiera y el resto en servicios de consultoría vinculados en algunos casos, en función de los proyectos, con auditoría interna. Cual crees que debería ser el documento más adecuado?. Derivado del proceso para la obtención de la certificación CIA dispongo de un documento firmado por un socio de PwC acreditando mi experiencia, sería suficiente? (el documento te lo incorporo adjunto a este correo)

We apologize not to reply in Spanish, as the working languages in EPSO are English, French and German.
To sit the CB testing, you need to provide a copy of the booking confirmation printed from your EPSO account and a valid proof of identity with a recent photo and signature on it (ID or passport, driving license, etc.). Please read the instructions to candidates available in the booking letter (dd. 08/02/2013).
The printed application form and the supporting documents will be requested at a later stage, to those candidates admitted to the assessment centre.

I have booked my date for CBT in EPSO/AST/123/12, but I need to reschedule it as I have just found out that it overlaps with another obligation of mine. I received my booking confirmation only by email, but not on my EPSO account although 47 hours have passed. When should I be able to reschedule?

Hello I applied for the test, everything worked fine.
2 questions:
Could you confirm the number of questions and allowed time we will get in each category (reasonings and other tests). This would help with preparation!
Secondly what will the approx. timing be for the second step in Brussels, if I passed the test. Beginning of June or end of June??
Important to know regarding availability.
