All candidates are usually informed of their CBT results within 3 to 5 weeks after the end of the testing period, which will come to an end on 25/3/2012.

Good afternoon,
I’m sitting my test tomorrow but I have a big fear: is the document generated from the link “You have successfully booked a CBT test..” enough to sit the test o did I have to receive another specific admission letter?? In the attached communication I have the Confirmation/Tracking Number.

This document is correct : it is the booking confirmation letter. You may print it and bring it to the test centre.

Good Morning,
I am Italian, I have applied for the AST/125/12 Assistant AST3 and I have received the message/invitation.
At the moment I am living in Barcelona so I chose a place/office in Barcelona to do the test selection.
So, two questions:
- I will do the test in my mather tongue language Italian or in Spanish ?
- Is there any link or could you recommande any book to do some exercises/practice before the test ?

The language of the test are not depending on the location of the test centre, but on the Notice of competition and the candidate’s application form.

Only candidates of the Court of Justice channel got their results of the preliminary test as well as the link to book for the next tests.
For the other channel, results and information on the next steps will be published at a later stage.

I would only suggest the EPSO team to clarify the latest information given about the EPSO/AD/235/12 competition since the information obviously refer only to the Court of Justice channel! Many candidates may be as confused as I was.

We confirm that it refers to the Court of Justice channel for competition EPSO/AD/235/12.
For the Parliament/Council channel, the corrections of the prelimininary translation tests are ongoing.

I asked you this because in the end of the appointment summary was a notice that I should receive an e-mail with confirmation letter within 15 minutes, whereas in booking letter it says “within 48 hours”, so it made me confused. Thank you very much, anyway. Greetings!

The email with the appointment summary is received just when the booking has been completed, whereas the official booking letter is uploaded to the account within 48 hrs.

In addition to the on-line calculator available during the numerical test, a calculator with basic functions will be available at every work station. The test centre will also supply every candidate with an erasable note board and an erasable marker for notes to be taken.
