Dear Epso staff,
I am a laureate from the audit field (AD5). I am flaged by the ECA, I would like to know if I will have the opportunity to apply to an other insitution after the 14th of May or if I can only apply as an auditor at the ECA.
Best regards
May 21, 2013 @ 09:46:22
Dear Robert,
You could indeed be offered a post by another institution but please note (as an indication) that only the ECA and the European Commission have recruited laureates from this list so far.
Best regards,
Marie – EU Careers

Just an observation: Maybe you should update this page: http://europa.eu/epso/success/list/admin/index_en.htm
It’s been a while now since the reserve list has been published, and this page still doesn’t provide links to the latest reserve lists…
May 13, 2013 @ 12:15:44
Dear Laura,
This page is currently under revision. It will no longer be updated with the information on new reserve lists as this information is now published on the eu-careers.info web site.
Kind regards,
Nathalie

Dear EPSO colleagues,
I would like to know when EPSO estimates to solve the appeals submitted in this competition, and accordingly to provide an answer to the candidates who appealed.
Thanks in advance,
Sonria
May 03, 2013 @ 09:56:46
Dear Sonria,
The majority of replies to requests for review were sent out towards the end of April but the Selection Board are still dealing with a small number of requests and holding replies have been sent to those candidates in the meantime.
Kind regards,
Nathalie

Dear EPSO staff,
when will successful laureates to this specific competition be able to see their status in the EPSO account (flagging system, internal vacancies etc.)?
Thank you very much
Apr 15, 2013 @ 10:33:20
Dear Alex,
A communication has been published recently in your EPSO account about the pilot project related to the flagging system for those candidates successful in competitions EPSO/AD/230/12 and EPSO/AD/231/12. Your status on the reserve list will remain marked with a green flag (laureate available for consideration by any Institution with a quota on the list) until you receive a job offer (red flag). As a result of this new procedure you may be approached for multiple interviews with different Institutions, thereby giving you access to a wider selection of posts.
Please see our communication for further information.
With kind regards,
Rosa
Apr 16, 2013 @ 11:21:34
Thank you Rosa, we received this info. But, is there any tentative date for the activation of the system?
Apr 24, 2013 @ 17:20:58
Hi Stefano,
The system has been activated on due course. You can follow your status on the reserve list via your EPSO account.
Regards,
Rosa
Apr 16, 2013 @ 15:07:04
Dear Rosa,
you mean in this pilot project there is no chance for the laureates to see internal vacancies?
Apr 25, 2013 @ 10:56:32
Hi Orsolya,
Laureates will receive access to vacancy notices once the quota regime of the reserve list is lifted.
Kind regards,
Rosa
Apr 25, 2013 @ 15:42:31
Hello Rosa, this mean that we will see the vacancies only one year after the publication of the reserve list (as in Epso website is stated that the quota regime is valid for an year)?
Apr 25, 2013 @ 16:37:05
Hi Erica,
No, for reserve lists EPSO/AD/230 and 231/12 this could be the case after 3 months already, i.e. as of 14 May. The decision to lift the quotas after 3 months or later will be taken shortly by the institutions.
Kind regards,
Rosa
May 21, 2013 @ 14:50:34
Dear Rosa,
is there any news on the institutions’ decision on lifting the quotas? Any ideas on when we will be able to access the internal vacancies’ system?
Thanks in advance!
May 21, 2013 @ 17:20:09
Dear Alex,
We may confirm that the quotas have already been lifted regarding this reserve list.
The EU institutions could now publish vacancies via your EPSO Account. (but they do not have any obligation)
Please note that the list of internal staff vacancies are not open to the successful candidates shortlisted in reserve lists. (who may not apply for such vacancies)
Best regards,
Marie – EU Careers

Good evening
I would like to know if there will be AD5/AD7 competition in 2013.
In your EPSO planning I can see that from the 21th of march 2013 it will be open the selection process for AD5. It is right?
Thanks in advance.
Gianluca
Mar 20, 2013 @ 13:56:42
Dear Gianluca,
Unfortunately, it will not be possible to apply for the competition that you are referring to.
This competition was published in 2010 already. Some candidates who have applied in 2010 will be invited to sit the Admission tests again.
Best regards,
Marie – EU Careers

Hello,
Do you know when this list will actually be published in the Official Journal?
Thank you in advance for the information!
Ioana
Mar 14, 2013 @ 10:20:26
Hi Ioana,
Reserve lists will most probably be published in the OJ after Easter. However, the recruiting institutions have already access to the database of laureates and can contact candidates to invite them for an interview in view of a possible recruitment.
Kind regards,
Rosa
Feb 25, 2013 @ 10:31:45
For the next Administrator competition, where can one find test in Italian, Irish or Greek? Is there a library / link with previous test papers that can be used?
All the available tests are either in English or French, notably not the main language for most of the EU.
Thank you for your help
Anna
Feb 26, 2013 @ 17:19:16
Dear Anna,
The sample tests are unfortunately only available in FR/EN/DE on our website.
These pages are provided by way of examples.

Hi, Rosa and Mary,
You told me that “The marking and pass mark for each specific test are indicated in the notice of competition”. Where can I look for “The notice of competition” ? I’m curious to know the pass mark minimum for the “Audit” field for next exam in March 2013.
Thanks and Best Regards
Carol.

I would like to ask if there will be AD competition in 2013?
Feb 22, 2013 @ 16:18:05
Dear Diana,
There will be no competition at AD5 level this year. As soon as another competition is foreseen to be published, it would be mentioned in our indicative planning at : http://europa.eu/epso/apply/jobs/index_en.htm

My score in admission test was 61.5 in field of Law: this means I’m admitted on the reserve list? How can I know it? Will you send me a notify?
Feb 21, 2013 @ 14:56:14
Dear Carlo,
Unfortunately, the candidates who have been invited to the Assessment Centre phase obtained a minimum total of 68.16 points in the admission tests.

The sample test about “Organization” and “Situational judgement” exercises are very few. Where can I see to find them?
Thank you

Feb 18, 2013 @ 13:41:03
Hello,
it seems that for most fields, the number of successful candidates is smaller than the number of spots on the reserve list anounced at the beginning. Has the size of the reserve lists been reduced in the meantime? Or is it simply that not enough candidates met the minimum requirements in the Assessment Center?
Thanks,
Martin
Feb 26, 2013 @ 14:31:43
Dear Martin,
Unfortunately, only few candidates invited to the Assessment Centre have actually obtained at least the specified pass marks and actually met all the eligibility requirements.
Best regards,
Marie – EU Careers
Feb 18, 2013 @ 12:24:35
Dear EU Careers,
In the notice of competition 76 vacancies for the reserve list were announced for EPA AD5, why only 52 persons have been finally included?
Thank you very much
Feb 20, 2013 @ 15:51:06
Dear Roberto,
Unfortunately, only 52 out of the 195 candidates invited to the Assessment Centre have actually obtained at least the specified pass marks and actually met all the eligibility requirements.
Best regards,

Feb 16, 2013 @ 19:12:32
Good evening,
my question are several and they are:
1) If possible, I would like to know more about the role in the “Audit” field.
2) How many question are there for the next test (February/March 2013)?
3)Which is the method of assessment adopted for each question? Such as If I answer right which is the result?; If I answer wrong which is the result? And If I don’t answer which is the result?
4) If the total point is 100 is there a minimum that we can reach to pass the test?
Many thanks
Best Regards
Feb 18, 2013 @ 17:12:23
Hi Carol,
To have a clearer idea of what might be expected, we suggest you read the duties detailed in the annex to the notice of competion for the audit field.
The number of questions and timing for each test are indicated in the instructions to candidates. You’ll find the link in the booking letter available in your account.
One point is awarded to each correct answer, erroneous answers and unanswered questions are not penalized.
The marking and pass mark for each specific test are indicated in the notice of competition.
Kind regards,
Rosa

Dear Nathalie,
Is this minimum score in the AD LAW 2012 competition 59.38 out of 100 or 80? Thank you
Feb 15, 2013 @ 14:32:48
Dear Ricardo,
The marking is out of 100.
Best regards,
Marie – EU Careers
Feb 15, 2013 @ 10:37:04
Dear EPSO staff,
thank you for publishing this information. Is there an explanation as to why for some grades/domains, the number of candidates is considerably lower than planned in the notice on competition? Is this because few people reached the necessary minimum thresholds?
Best Regards,
Jan
Feb 20, 2013 @ 15:54:18
Dear Jan,
Unfortunately, only the number of successful candidates placed on this reserve list have actually obtained at least the specified pass marks and actually met all the eligibility requirements.
