It’s logical that anyone likes to feel and stay safe online.
However the Internet is no “digital monastery” and shouldn’t become one. Which means:
Best advises are #10, followed by #8, then #4 and #9, the rest will occur as a result. Let’s not forget: The Internet is no place for minors (i.e. no “childnet”) to explore by themselves!
It’s up to parents, teachers etc. to support, to help, and to protect them.

Cool initiative. But Critical Citizen’s got a point above.
I don’t think internet is really meant for kids or minors.
There is no safe in the internet. That’s a fact!
