Letter to The Daily Telegraph regarding prisoners’ votes

Once again a British newspaper peddles factual inaccuracies in relation to the prisoners’ votes issue. The ruling was not “at the orders of Brussels” as your article
( states. The European Court of Human Rights is part of the Council of Europe which is based in Strasbourg. The EU has had nothing to say on the matter.
