In the beginning of this year the DLT4EU Accelerator kicked-off, which we co-design and support in the #DLT4Good project. Now the call for applications is open!

The DLT4EU Accelerator aims to promote the development of projects that use Blockchain or other Distributed Ledger Technologies (DLTs) to solve challenges in the public and social sectors.

The call for applicants to the Accelerator programme, which is open between 14th April and 6th May, is targeted towards developers, entrepreneurs and leading innovators who wish to develop solutions tackling real-world challenges in the fields of Circular economy and Digital citizenship.

The 13 challenges to be solved are proposed by public, social and private sector organisations that act together as Challenge Owners: UNDP AltFinLab, Agency for Digital Italy, The Greater London Authority, Sharing Cities, Spanish Red Cross (the Catalan Branch), Digital Future Society, City of Amsterdam, DYNE, City of St Bois, City of Helsingborg, Dark Matter Labs, EIT Climate-KIC, and Viable Cities.

The Accelerator programme will run for 6 months and provide access to a network of experts across the fields of DLT, social innovation, open-source licencing, legal and regulatory issues etc.

You can find all details of the open call on DLT4EU’s website and follow the programme through Twitter and Instagram.
